Clauser, hereinafter called the appellee to recover for personal injuries and property damages sustained due to a collision between appellees automobile and appellant, Higinio Griegos pickup truck. The causes of action were consolidated for trial and a judgment was entered for appellee on the verdict of the jury and appellants appeal.
